This year I want to read more.
Yup, a stereotypical resolution to go along with my plan to be healthy.

That’s what I thought. 😛
I have seen a lot of book challenges for this year surfing around Pinterest and Facebook.
It inspired me to challenge myself and see how much reading I can actually do this year.
Here’s the plan:
*Flashback to grade school, when I would calculate how many pages I had to get through a night
to finish my summer reading on time. Anyone else do that?*
Ha Anyway…I know it isn’t THAT many books, but for someone who stays up late just to watch Youtube videos and binge on Netflix this is definitely going to be a challenge. I used to love reading, and I want to get back to that!
Now what should I read?
I have so many books that have accumulated over the years.
How do I decide which to pick? AHH!
I’ve settled on The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey for this month. They are finishing the movie version as we speak, and it comes out on the 22nd of January. Not sure if I’ll finish the book in time… So I’ll just count on waiting until it’s out on Redbox. But you never know!
I will update you in about 6 months and give you my overview/opinion of the books I’ve finished!
